Nissim's work for peace between Arabs and Jews has led him to produce large scale Arab- Jewish peace events and concerts (in affiliation with the Sulha Peace Project in Israel- Palestine), to demonstrate his belief that real peace can be achieved only when people are related to each other on a human level, setting politics aside and stepping into the other person's world. His events included sharing circles were each person has an opportunity to share what he is present to in his feelings, thoughts and ideas, and to be heard and acknowledged; custom & ritual sharing; music; food and dance.
